Theoretical study of photoinduced superconductivity in 2 2 2 8+d Bi Sr CaCu O (Bi2212) with two band model
Abstract
Dependences of the superconducting transition temperature ( c T ) on hole concentration in 2 2 2 8+d Bi Sr CaCu O (Bi-2212) cuprate have been calculated in a frame work of canonical twoband BCS model containing Fermi surfaces of p and d holes. The shift of the chemical potential (m ) leads to the curve c T ( ) h n with a maximum. The dependences of c T ( ) h n for our system compared with available experimental data. Self –consistent equations for superconducting order parameter (D) are derived using Green's functions and equation of motion method. The enhancement of c T is found due to doping.
