In this study, a new inorganic polymer of [Mn(O)2Cu(dipic)2]n, that dipic is pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), UV-Vis, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Magnetic studies were conducted on the polymer at room temperature, and showed that this polymer at room temperature has paramagnetic behavior.
