Dibenzazepines and analogs exhibit a wide variety o f biological activities like antidepressant, anticonvulsant, antipsychotic, antioxidant, antimic robial etc.In the present study we have synthesized new analogs of dibenzazepines. The stru ctures of these synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, NMR, Mass and CHN analysis. All th e values and results of this spectral and elemental analysis were found to be in the normal r ange. These compounds were evaluated for antimicrobial activity.
