Study on novel structure of Pr complex, C14H19PrN2O14
Abstract
A novel Pr complex C14H11PrN2O10â—ÂÂ4(H2O) has been synthesized from a hydrothermal reaction and the crystal structure has been determined by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Monoclinic, P2(1). a=14.078(3) Å, b = 11.250(2) Å, c =12.957(3) Å, α= 90°, β=102.00(3)°, γ=90°. V=2007.3(7) Å3. Z=4. R1 =0.0371, wR2 =0.0897, T=293(2) K. The Pr atom is nine-coordinated by two N atoms from two 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid moleculars and seven O atoms. The molecular structure stabilized by the O-H…O hydrogen-bonding interactions.
