Knowledge sharing between the enterprises and unive rsities, across the field of economy and science ed ucation, may exist many differences that may lead to conflic ts of all kinds in the process of cooperation. How to improve performance of knowledge sharing in industry-univer sity cooperation has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the analysis of the knowledge network in i ndustry-university cooperation and the gaming proce ss of self-evolution, the dissertation constructs a bilat eral coordinating multiple dimension network betwee n enterprises and universities, at the same time, it also elabora tes the building of the relationship and informatio n platforms of the network.
