The research aims to produce a commercial bio-product as innovative biofungicide effective against powdery mildew disease ( Invented patents ) in a suitable form including the mixture of microorganisms inoculum (Brevibacillus brevis and Tilletiopsis pallescens) and to deliver its optimal applications. The efficacy of prepared bioformulation was then evaluated on reduce powdery mildew disease 6 months after storage. Results indicated bio formulation was significantly reduced disease in different plant leaflet. Our results showed that optimization of production methods, formulation and delivery systems has resulted in prototype formulations that exhibit good viability over periods up to 6 months and that have good efficacy against powdery mildew .
