File information system construction is a systematic project, the issue of the effectiveness of management information systems research archives, archives department of the staff in the market economy should seriously think about the background, it reflects the file management, advancing thought. Either a file-level information systems, and fully consider the economic and social issues, and evaluate effective as possible, directly related to the efficiency and quality of the context of information technology file services work. This paper attempts to file information on the benefits system construction-related issues, to do further research.
