As Chinese biopharmaceutical companies has huge external demand both in technology and raw materials, so that FDI has significant influence to Chinese biopharmaceutical companies.According to the empirical analysis, the result shows that: Open FDI may lead bio-pharmaceutical industry growth, but it can also lead to volatility of bio-pharmaceutical industry.
