This article takes 11 cities of Hebei Province as t he object of study. According to Hebei Province's a ctual situation ï¼Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Å’ we choose 6 important variables ï¼Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Å’ which reflect the regional economies level of devel opment. By analysing the data collected ï¼Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Å’ the 11 regions of Hebei Province are divided into f our types: the developed ï¼Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Å’ the more developed ï¼Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Å’ the medium and the backward. And there is large differ ence between the four types of regions. To further promote and realize coordinated development of the Hebei Pr ovince economy ï¼Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Å’ we should take measures to narrow the gap including making distinctive economic zone and busi ness circle ï¼Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Å’ promoting the regional harmonious development ï¼Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Å’ developing the coastal economic belt and improving the underdeveloped region self-development capabili ties.
